Depression and anxiety were taking hold of me.

Yoga and Meditation propel me into a journey of introspection, self-healing and growth.

Now in a much better place with a new perspective in life, I’m here expressing my thoughts, on mindfulness and mental health, in the hope of inspiring others to fulfil their dreams and not to be afraid of the unknown.
